Medical questionnaire and clinical trial app.

Working with SQN as a freelancer, I took existing source code from several developers and created a working app, upgrading the existing database and views to utilise best practices and newer libraries, ensuring the app was fit for purpose. As a clinical app, it is still undergoing beta testing and is expected to be released at some point in the near future
