Fleet fuel card management and reporting.

Velocity is a management tool for businesses using the UK Fuel network fuel cards. Developed for fleet managers, it displays details about transactions and invoices, including which fueling / service stations have been used, amounts spent and amounts of fuel dispensed. It also allows fleet managers to manage cards for the fleet, ordering and cancelling cards if needed. Originally written in Java, Velocity has been redeveloped in Kotlin to allow for performance improvements.
